Agreement
By downloading or using Cheap Gas Finder USA ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided by Vermilion Apps LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Description of Service
The App displays gas station fuel prices near your location on Apple Watch. Price data is retrieved from our servers and is displayed for informational purposes only.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Gas prices displayed in the App are not guaranteed to be accurate. Prices are sourced from third-party data providers and may be outdated, incorrect, or unavailable. Actual prices at the pump may differ from what is shown in the App.
You should always verify the price at the gas station before fueling. Vermilion Apps LLC is not responsible for any costs, losses, or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate or outdated pricing data.
Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:
- Premium Monthly — billed monthly
- Premium Annual — billed annually
Subscription details:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Free Trial
The App provides a limited number of free gas price searches. After the free searches are exhausted, a subscription is required to continue using the App's search functionality.
Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems to query the App's services
- Redistribute or resell the App or its data
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vermilion Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on gas price data, navigation to gas stations, or any financial loss.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
